both are same, just one brand within ETF called Nippon got popular for "Nifty product"

Niftybees is a NIFTY ETF of Nippon India which is now owned by Reliance group. No difference vai.
Niftybees has highest liquidity among all nifty etfs & less tracking error.
And SBI Nifty ETF has the highest AUM.

Recent fall didn't track nifty. Many might have lost money with confusion.
