I also got the same few months back, it appeared without any notification.
I think it is a kind of premium banking with a lot of benifits.
The benifits include:
1) daily newsletter
2) weekly newsletter
3) mails saying orange book
4) mails saying talk of the town

Also from now, instead of Orange theme, you will experience Dark Maroon colored theme

‘The One’ = Blue
Wealth = Black

Seems like most are getting free upgrades. I unnecessarily placed upgrade request in september and debit card dispatched on Oct 1st travelled for a month over 3 states and today reached nearest branch. 🤦♂️

Since the privelege account is a special one, they are giving the offer of a free pan India tour
to your debit card
I called the customer care 2 days back and asked for a rupay platinum debit card to be issued, he tried to convince me to take a coral debit card.
Since he is a he I didn’t fall for it and insisted on getting rupay platinum. Now my card is on the way, hope it finds me directly.

I have wealth management acc, but recently icici services have degraded, the staff doesnt care, your calls and complaints go in vain. Which bank offers the best services please suggest
