A google search shows it is a "CRedit ADJustment" may be the debit or credit of a verification transaction as suggested by @ANSH
Ask CS, they will fetch details of transaction and tell you.
Basically it is a penny drop verification done by financial institutions including banks, stock exchanges, insurance companies, mutual funds(sip), NPS,etc.
In case of non-fulfilment of UPI Merchant transactions, acquiring bank should raise returns/ credit adjustments within 4 calendar days from the transaction date, otherwise compensation shall be debited from acquiring bank and credit the same to issuing bank
Transaction types:
SD - sales draft
SD/R -sales draft reversal
CB - cashback
CV - credit voucher
CA - cash advance
DCC – Dynamic Currency Conversion
DBADJ – Debit - debit adjustment - CHARGEBACK
CRADJ - Credit - credit adjustment - GOOD FAITH
From Banks point of view it would be something similar
CRADJ = PIN Debit Chargeback/UPI/Adjustment credit amount
CBADJ = PIN Debit Chargeback/UPI/Adjustment debit amount
