If you are sick, you can take a multivitamin for a few days as per your doctor's advice. If you are not sick, just feeling tired, you can drink fresh fruit and vegetable juices. Generally, it is better to eat fruits directly rather than juices. For those with digestive problems, it is better to drink juice [drink slowly by sipping it little by little.]
I used Supradyn for a few days. The supplement worked well. But after a while I stopped taking supplements completely. I watched some doctor videos on YouTube. Many doctors explained that we should only take multivitamin tablets if we are suffering from any illness. And, some advised that taking one multivitamin tablet every four days will provide the vitamins we are missing from our diet.

Don't rely on single multivitamin tablet. Because no multivitamin tablet contains all the essential micronutrients and minerals and other things.
Buy various supplements according to need.
This is a complex topic so I don't want to give a quick short answer ( which is most likely to misguide someone)
PS: Food is the Best medicine. Focus on food more than meds and supplements.
