@owisksk82882631 oh whisky !! bad for liver
drinking everyday simply means habit forming/habitual.
if their is no other option left and you wanna live less. i will still suggest you to avoid because you already harmed yourself. No point of continue harming.
gain pleasure in some other act/habit would be my suggestion.
Sure.. i have some family issues so drinking beer upto 2 weekly 4 or 5 days.. please advice
Week mein 1-2 is fine.
I also used to drink daily.

Pot belly guaranteed
Yes i know bro.. for that I'm burning 500+ calories everyday in the morning.. adding 600+ calories at the night
Significantly accelerate the risk of multiple types of head and neck cancers. No amount of alcohol consumption is safe. It's a slow poison akin to arsenic. Some seem to be genetically predisposed and some aren't but it's not a lottery one can risk to try their luck. For the time being at least.
You can try Bhang ( moderately) instead of to forget about your issues temporarily
Yes i know bro but But my heart is very troubled..
Friends..It's normal for a husband and wife to have small quarrels and it's wrong to leave the husband for it.. How is it fair to allow her relative to talk to the extent of killing her husband.. My heart breaks when I think about this.. I'm not a drunkard, my heart hurts, that's why I drink alcohol
Everyone dies but your pack will expire very early (natural case only )
Tnc applied
1. depends on your age. 20/30/40/50/60+, also since how long?
2.you have to accept this is addiction. depends where you drink. alone at home infront of tv or in bars?
3. pot belly is the least of your problems. you may not be able to "perform" in bed though you may want to mentally. mild intoxication with hard liqour is ok in that "dept".😄
4. snacks you eat along with 2 beers adds 400-500 calories more.
5. I maintained a bar at home of 200-300 scotch /bourbon whiskys . always drank 2-3 pegs alone at home office while working in laptop / talking to overseas etc between 6pm-10pm for 40 years .
Now stopped last 5-6 years. not a drop even if offered free. mind you i can wax for hours of the distilling process of single malt scotch whiskeys and aged bourbon whisky for hours.
but now stopped for good though bottles are at home for guests. wifey drinks occassional but i sip coke only. Age catches up 😊health is fine. no side effects of 40 years of liqour. but un related issues made me to take a hard decision.
40 years! How old are you?
You ll develop liver cirrhosis
The quality of the brand, your genetics and most importantly luck are all important factors.
If you're lucky, you can drink beer every day and live a healthy long life.
If you are unlucky, you could develop liver cirrhosis, pancreatitis, etc., which are quite painful medical conditions, and treating them drains away all your savings, leaving you with no money to buy another bottle.
Guys drink moderate and detox your liver regularly..
My sincere thanks to all my friends who have given me their time and advice.. As you said I will fix my problem and live in a better way.. Thank you

You become beer
Congratulations! You're one of the millions who queue up outside wine shops everyday to grab a beer/whisky/tharra. The scenes and justifications given during Covid-19 were amusing enough.
Apart from what others have already mentioned:
1. You'll start to look terrible as you'll gain a lot of fat on your belly and your FACE.
2. At some point, you'll start to realize that your taste and smell senses don't work as they should.
3. You'll have issues related to memory loss and focus.
4. You'll settle with a girl who drinks beer too. 😄
5. You'll spend thousands per year on a depressant like beer instead of using the same amount for a better lifestyle.
6. Health & skin related complications are the worst.
And, the list goes on...
Friends..After reading your replies yesterday I feel a little scared and feel that what I am doing is wrong..I have decided not to drink any liquor from today. I request you to pray for me.
Government will be more indebted to you for your valuable contribution toward tax revenues.
