What happens? if i don't recieve my kotak physical credit card

Call customer care and ask them to re issue if you haven't received the card in 10 days.
Same here Bhai.... Bluedart courier boy don't want to deliver my credit card, saying will deliver only you....not other person.
Actually kal hi Credit Card deliver krne aaya or kal hi 1.5K dur dusri jagah shift huve....usko pehle Wale owner ko Dene ko bola to ki nhi dunga....10 minutes wait ka bola to nhi wait kiya.... new address jo 1.5Km dur hai udhar bhi nhi deta... even maine usko 250 phonepe ka bola but nhi maan raha...bahut Presan kar raha hai... office se collect ka bola to ki wanha nhi dunga...ab to direct return karunga....ab batao koi agar wo card return ho jaye koi issue nhi virtual card Okay?
Kya kotak card closed kar dega kya?
Try delivery at office address OR to nearby Kotak bank branch if option available in app or through customer care.
You should never tell that you are shifted to another address. Tell either he is your uncle or say you are.out with friends and will come in 5 mins if he wants to deliver only to the CC holder.
Best is to update KYC (address) and re-dispatch the card to the correct address.
As bludort guys are either strict to policy or doodles.
I haven't received physical CC - will be almost a year
Anyways not using so not bothered about it
If you activate it in the app then they will not close it
