While there is no official announcement on the date of the presentation of the Union Budget, media reports suggested that Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will table the Budget in the third week of July, with the commencement of the Monsoon Session of the Parliament. The Monsoon Session is set to begin on July 22, per sources. The session is likely to continue until August 9..
I feel,
Also , 18% GST. Other educational services like provision of books, uniforms, transportation – 5% GST
What should be improve according to you ?
Let's discuss in comment!
Note - Please don't make it political.

Expecting not to increase tax slabs, ltcg tax and stcg tax.Other than that nothing from this govt.
Nothing new as usual PMO announces all the schemes out of budget...only direction & gross taxation + reciepts are recorded under budget while Indirect tax majority is in hands of GST council so doesn't matter what the changes are going to be...
Tax to GDP is in low teens whereas any healthy economy from ramayana -greek -modern west are all having it in LATE TEENS so atleast 5 % MORE TAX TO GDP ratio is required for a healthy growth. So NO point in expecting it to come down anytime soon if GROWTH &healthy economy is the aspiration
Increase the tax rates, make those 6.25% of tax payers cry for life.
I have no hopes
They dont care about middle class
Wait 5 years or more for any relief from next PM
Why is she elected as Finance Minister is beyond my imagination. Ashwini Vaishnaw and her are worst in their jobs. If this time BJP doesn't do things right way, forget about getting 400, they will get less than 50 seats for sure. People in India needs stability and employment. Ram mandir aur ei wo banane seh astha bhale wapas aajaye but iss desh ke aam janta ka kuch khaas labh ghanta nahi hota hai.
Aur NEET exams ke saath jo hua uska kya khaina hai. Desh aage bharne ke jagah doh kadam peeche ja raha hai din ba din.
Nirmala sitaraman resignation 🤝
GST on Pyaz Lehsun kiuke: Main Pyaz Lehsoon Nehi Khaati. |
She will remove Old tax regime and remove all tax saving schemes.
Most worthless FM. Only knows how to put impose tax on everything and made our life hell. P Chidambaram was far far better.
1. Stop looting the middle class who is being forced to pay multiple types of taxes on the same-single income multiple times.
2. Free Hindu temples & stop stealing the mandir's earning, which in turn is used to fund madarsas, maulana's salary & train jihadists & terrorists. These anti-national fanatics then kill army officers & innocent civilians. We pay Rs 100 value for infrastructure development out of which Rs 30 value is destroyed by these fanatics. Stop funding terrorists from within the govt!
3. Stop giving free ration, free housing, free water to islamice radicals who illegally occupy areas and then later play victim card & demand help from govt to to reallocate. These people/illegals should be jailed for life or deported back to their own countries.
Many other stuff as well but no expectations from the current FM or PM. They are just here to suck dry the tax paying people & dostribute it to the radical backstabbers
with 200 lac crore rupees debt, doubt if any real relief will be provided, their idea initially was to do away ltcg to full tax and move 12% gst to 18% slabs and close out 12%, but now after results they will most likely give some salary people releif by increasing slabs etc, but it would be more of eyewash which will be tom tom as a big historical releif to middle class by lord himself, other many taxes would be tweaked and increased without highlighting much silently
Reduce gst rate on Insurance of any type.....
Reduce Crypto tax and tds
Income Tax Limit increase and interest limit increase from 50k.
GST on diamonds and gold jewellary should be increased substantially.
although she is a mere puppet
Ah they will never come back to power again, if they did this.
Gst rates are not come under union budget.
Gst rates decision can only be taken by gst council meeting. And don't expect any reduction here as most of states are finding it hard to fund there populist schemes and freebies.
75% vote is needed to change rate, central govt has 33% vote power itself, most of the other states govt is also NDA, so if they want they can change any rate
Nothing.... government is formed..wait for 2028
Petrol, diesel under GST and 18%. No tax slabs change. I am sure we save 20% more with this simple change. That’s what I am expecting. Of course part of it in GST council hands
Will States agree for 18 % gst on petrol and diesel? They will get 9 % share if they agree for 18% gst.
All ready almost all states are taxing more than 25 % vat on fossil fuels. Don't expect them too loose so much huge revenue.
tax increases we are seeing this budget
I was expecting it to be on 1st or 8th..22nd will be something that people won't like and again bring downfall
Fingers crossed 🤞
Legs crossed
I've Coconut oil and lidocaine ( numbing agent) ready for the budget day, just incase.
Now budget is just accounting exercise. Now Taxability moved to gst council. What left now?
Only income tax left in budget now. I don't think much can be done here except some minor increase in slabs and exemptions. Already 7 lakh income is Exempted. May be it may increased to 8 lakh. ( 99% indian population income is bellow 7 to 8 lakh pa.)
Not sure why people are so much excited for budget proposals?
One Nation one tax i.e, BTT BANK TRANSACTION TAX CLEAR NO GST NO CUSTOM NO EXCISE NO IMPORT DUTY FLAT BANK TT
There are 1.14 crore flats are lying vacant.
Tax all those holding flats as investment and avoid paying IT
Expectation- Abolish income tax.
Increase indirect tax.
People can run away from income tax but can't from Indirect tax.
You are talking about income tax abolishing when people are talking about income inequality and wealth redistribution. 😂
Expect nothing from nirmala tai only expect more tax loot
More tax, middle class ki lanka
Necessity and Luxury Differs from Person to Person
P.S to the post Note: no offense hmmm how can we avoid political when this question of budget (govt. hidden agenda is political) itself is political ???? hmm its kinda paradox
Rosh_0007
i mean if we gave any "good answer" its polticial (remember budget is political agenda in the name of countries welfare), but the post condition you have mentioned is "dont make political" -> which makes one not able to give "exact answer" for the given question xD
hmm example, like hmm make 5% this and 12% that and 18% this and 27% that... is not a good answer in my opinion (without background reasoning and that background reasoning will get political - matter of fact)
paradox, hmm sad paradox
(again no offense)
I am expecting more tax burden by this government.
Jjust Yesterday Karnataka increased ~4 Rs. in Petrol and also planning to increase price of public transport.
Now do think when this party comes to Central govt, they will decrease tax?
You can not get relief from tax under any govt. Just think how to earn more money.
