As a layman and no tax expert my answer will be
all income below taxable limit
Otherwise you are supposed to include all income
under income from other sources
Some of the non taxable income
Agricultural*, gratuity, PF,
Insurance maturity amount*
gifts*
Parts of salary non taxable like HRA* ,
certain compensatory allowances *
Certain awards
*subject to conditions

Income from non taxable country xDDDD like Dubai etc are tax free xDDD so dont have to pay income tax BUT STILL HAVE to file ITR for it:)
as paying taxes and filing ITR are two different things
P.S if your GROSS income crosses 2.5 lakhs, NO MATTER THE SOURCE YOU HAVE TO FILE ITR

Any income that you generate from cash (Black Money)
1. Purohit: Money given to then for pooja, ceremonies etc..normally these are given as cash
2. Brokers, Real estate agents
3. Beggars
4. Road side stalls
5. Many more who takes cash

Agricultural Income.
Also, 1 or 2 North eastern states who doesn't need to pay any income tax due to exemptions. So, whatever they do there could be taxless income.
