If you get a Chance to speak with your Chief Minister on call, conference or social media, etc.. what advice would you like to give him/her .. it may be anything regarding to your problem, education, street, roads, villages etc…

Stop hiding behind the closet during a crisis
Stop using PR agencies to manage social media accounts (or at least appoint a grievance cell to handle bulk questions/queries received via tags/quotes/replies ).
Engage with people more, don’t use social media (directly/indirectly) or any other medium only to gloat your achievements (or paint something to be) or target the unfavorable entities
Face the media & general public and answer their questions w/o pre-prepared scripts!
(If you can’t do the above fully/partially.. resign!)
