Weird Issue with 1 item out multiple items in Amazon Partial Order.

Today I encountered a very weired issue with one of my Amazon order.
On 10-Oct I placed an order with multiple items, some of the items are delivered and some are shipped.
But issue is one of the item is showing as payment failed and asking to do RETRY PAYMENT as well.
how can payment get failed for a single item where rest of items are showing as successful payment.
has this ever happened with you guys also ?

how about hmm why not ask the address for your personal visit and get all CVV's and bank details in person? you would get access to his mobile as well that way too for investigation purpose

Weird!!! Payment is at order level right.. Are you sure this product was part of that order? Check order ids. What did customer service say?
