WEBSITE SUCKS BIGTIME.......

This is the worst online website ever the worst…
they are NOT bothered about there costumer complains and when you talk to the costumer care representatives they talk to you as if you they are doing favour on you by talking to you. These people never keep promises. What happened to me I feel like like a joker when think about it. And guys it is still going on. I was suppose to get a refund from the website. But I did not get it. And now it has been more than a 2 months.When I call them their is a common line that all them say and those lines are" Sir your address is to be updated so can you please help us with your address". Now guys please think on this, If these “IDIOTS” do not have my address are they not suppose to call me and ask me about this.Do they only notice it when you call them. And if the address is not correct then how did I get my product at the right address.And the person who was suppose to take the product back arrived on the right address.This is a shit website.
Sorry if I mad any grammatical error….But I am sure I did not make any mistake in the “REVIEW” of the website.
