Let's not put the horse before the cart. Trust CBI for a watertight investigation for capital punishment. They are the best(mostly) at it with many tools ex. Talwar murder case, Bilkis Bano case etc......
These rumours/conspiracy theories can even alert the actual culprits or create law and order situation once again.
Should be a planned murder and roy is not the killer as shown in initial reports.
She must be having some link with Hospital scams like Organ sale/ medicine black market/ other scam linked to Govt. She might have told that she will expose scams then these so called hospital heads would have killed her with govt support and bringing no where related roy as rapist.
How come a single man looking thin can rape and kill her in such horrible way ? There should be more than 1 man involved and I dont think roy is the original killer.
Govt clearly involved in this , Thats why they allowed them to try and destroy proofs at the incident place. Even Chief minister acting like opposition leader protesting for justice . LOL she has all rights to take action . Poor WB people voted her instead BJP in recent elections :p.

The real questions should be, ,"how the hell the initial autopsy claimed that she committed suicide?", "why a mob of strength 7k attacked the hospital?", "why schmucks from TMC maintained radio silence in social media?", "a lot of names were being circulated in social media, all of them were doctors. What happened to them?"!!!
All the culprit doctors should be publicly named n shamed with immediate revocation of their license.
