Better become atheist. There is no point in converting from one religion to another religion. Check Myanmar, Sri Lanka before you decide.

Do you mean Jain? Or a Buddhist, they are different from each other.
Practice one religion for few months, if you liked it, change it legally. Try to follow their lifestyle, culture, etc.
