Waiting for refund from Park+ from 20th Nov, 2023, is there any compensation possible?

As the title says, I made a CC bill payment of 10k (via ICICI Rupay CC) to SBI CC which got debited but never got credited to my SBI CC, whereas Park+ app showed the bill payment as successful.
I raised complaint over a ticket as well as Facebook, they have been very slow to respond and even with the assurance of refund, the refund still hasn't been credited.
I have raised dispute with ICICI but it's result will come in April, 2024, for now they credited it temporarily.
I guess I will receive the refund either via the chargeback or by keeping on chasing Park+ for more time.
But is there any way that I can get compensation for such a delay, as it has taken a lot of time from my end?
Your help will be really appreciated.

brother, check your source account properly, you may have received the refund, otherwise raise a complaint to icici customer care what happened to your refund and process of charge back. But transaction date is 20th November so I thing 90 days time line already passed, so do the things if 120 days is the allowed time.
I've checked the source account multiple times and shared ICICI CC (source account) statements for each month with park+.
Also raised dispute with ICICI too, which should be concluded in 1st week of april.
But I wanted to ask if there's any provision by RBI (as they have for banks) or any other such institution regarding penalty on such delays for refund?
Isn't there anyone with such an experience who can guide on how to raise complaint against them?
after 2 month, today i have received my money back from park+
