Waiting for complain resolution since eternity ..poor service

I bought a handy sewing machine which turned out to be faulty.I have been trying to get in touch for resolution of my complain since eternity and getting condolence calls only .Their delivery boys called on Tuesday and nobody comes to take the parcel. When I called back person claimed to be on leave from 2-3 days and No alternate person was send for complain resolution.
