Commenting may breed enmity.. that's why many silently VD

True to a great extent. I have seen few users getting upset over VD. Those might get offended further with comment.

Main reason, mostly Dimers who are posting don't want to follow rules.
Dimers: I can post/ re-post anything - if you wish check and merge or take action - its your duty (for Mods, Admin) .
But they don't do their duty with rules.
I am Missing Mod @MJ911 : If he is there, most of those dimers (who don't follow rules) will get suspended for violating rules frequently.
P.S: Its not about OP, generally who are all violating rules and keep doing repeatedly.
