Soon bsnl may be quit from telecom sector
only 2 private players – airtel and Jio
vil customers will be moved – 50% in Jio
and rest 50% in Airtel
Thinking what will happen to QOS , speeds and calling will be degraded due to heavy load
Towers will also be merged
How many here honestly even use BSNL ? I want to know if the talks about saving BSNL happens only online or real movement in ground level too. IMO govt should use BSNL exclusively for it’s official purposes and rent out it’s spectrum and assets for private players like VIL or AirTel. They will get good money. The problem is with the attitude of the employees working there. Since it’s a sarkari naukri they don’t care for the level of service offered to customers. I am not saying kill BSNL but then make it not so government job. Make it like a private entity. You want salary hike ? Then perform well, if not get fired.
BSNL is still the leading broadband provider in the nation. If there were no BSNL, Indian would not have seen any broadband to start with (and MTNL too). I don’t use it simply because I can’t afford it right now and somehow managing with cheap local broadband. The moment I get my feet back on the ground I will move to BSNL.
Back in the days needless to say they were the undisputed landline telephone provide too.
Their employees were always lazy bums, inefficient and whatnot. That’s not the point. You don’t need to privatise every company to make the employees perform well or efficiently. Obviously the morons in the current govt. has no idea about proper economic planning or anything remotely economical, so they just want to privatise as many public sector entities as possible. Other than the lack of brain cells, there is the vested interests too, of certain private players mentioned above, manipulating the govt. by enforcing the privatisation at large scale.
It’s all so very textbook. Anyone with basic economy knowledge will get this but whatever.
Jio’s plan is to collapse Vodafone idea before the spectrum auction so that they get it for cheap.
What happened to all the money that they looted in pre-jio era?
I think V-I playing victim card to avoid paying AGR, other tax liabilities(Essar deal)
Lets start a petition urging Jeff bezos to Invest in Vodafone Idea.
Already Birla is there, he is jeff of india
And now in the coming time Mukesh Ambani will decide how much money to take from the customer because now his monopoly will be in the market Now the good days of mobile users are going, keep my comment with you
“dedicated telecom sector to jio”
I don’t understand how people are blaming government and pm when our SC has given the order
al right guys, can we now stop this discussion. It has no connection with what the title is all about.
@A.M.A.Z.O let go, everyone has their own opinion.
@ithehappy Its ok to not defend your views/actions.
Bro, I am okay with and respect others opinions. But using words like Hindu Jihadist etc is what was I was not okay with. Would this have been your stand if someone said _______ Jihadist ?? (Fill any religion you want there)
@ithehappy i understand that, but now lets move on with it. I am sure none meant to target anyone here neither u or him.
Is it a good idea to port out from Vodafone?
My second sim is Vodafone which is just for bank accounts / credit cards. Nobody else knows this number. It is a precaution I took as there are so many scammers these days.
Primary number is Jio.
No need to port.
They aren’t going anywhere.
I guess just trying to build pressure on gormint so they can get some time relief in paying their dues.
