Vivo X70 Pro Green Line Problem

I’m using Vivo X70 Pro from past 2 years,Today morning I opened Au Bank's app and suddenly a green line appeared on the screen,After that I restarted the phone and the green line went away, But now the line has come again and is not going away even after restart, There is not even a small scratch on my phone, I take care of it so much. I have seen some videos on YouTube in which it has been told that the display will be changed for free in Vivo service center but I don't want to get my phone opened because once it is opened, the phone is not in the same condition as it was before.
is it a software glitch or a hardware issue?

Bhai maine apni life main aaj tak apne phone ko kabhi repair nhi karwaya...kabhi koi issue nhi aaya...10 years old phone bhi smooth chal rahe hai or ye phone ne pura dimag kharab kar diya....iska data backup wagerh ...kitna jhanjhat hoga😔
Bhai June Month Main Update Kiya Tha or abhi just green line aane k baad trail version update kiya hai ki kya pata green line disappear ho jaye but nhi huvi, Main Game, Social media apps wagerh use nhi krta...mera usage bill payment, cc, banking or YouTube tak hi simit hai. Device bilkul bhi heat nhi hota hai bus kabhi kabhi hotspot on main toda bahut heat ho jata hai.....
brother, I can understand your trauma. But visiting the service center and get it replaced is the only best available option right now.
As everyone has already said, it's a hardware defect in the OLED display. It won't go away.
You should feel lucky that if you can get free replacement, some people suffered this problem just after warranty period was over & they were not offered free replacement.
Bhai free replacement milega warranty over k baad bhi aisa YouTube videos main mentioned hai abhi mere end se confirm nhi h kyunki isme mera 128 gb data ka backup kese lu wo samaj nhi aa raha... backup k chakkar main safe file ka folder delete kr diya wo mera important data gaya...itna mentally disturbed hu ek phone k karan pucho mat....aise lagta hai jaise pta nhi kya ho gaya h mere sath.

Bhai it's a hardware issue. If it's a free replacement you should get it. It's your call now.
