Many Credit Cards also offer Concierge Services from Bank's End. They work as free assistants for you and the Cardholder just has to make payment for the product. Here are some features of free concierge service

I tried HDFC Regalia Gold its useless don't waste time on them unless your are a super busy business man. Only use is to book tickets for concerts they might get those tickets booked but not sure. Last two are not free services I guess. They will book Uber you need to pay.
If you get any concert ticket without making any effort, what is the loss. You only have to pay. Finding concert website, checking availability is thier job. Same with flight and hotel. If you don't find availability, let the concierge do the job, you only have to pay for the flight ticket or hotel room. Example - you need sea facing hotel room, you don't have to research every website, let them handle. You need to deliver cactus to ex girlfriend, let them arrange, you just pay for the cactus. Same works with any flower
You are reiterating what I said its not about availability for concerts they get it done through other channels even if it sold out. They will charge you extra. Flight and hotel have card offers and different convince fees so you do that. Btw you need to share your cards details with them to book on your behalf. If you know it then why even ask about it.
If you want to watch concert of favorite star at any price, concierge will arrange. They will send payment link of ticket through their official mail. Through the link, you can check price break up and ask concierge again to search if you are not satisfied.

You don't have to share card details, also you will get related card offers, cashback, rewards for the transactions. For customized wish like sea facing hotel room, they will, do research, find the room and send payment link for the hotel room. Sending cactus to ex girlfriend, I hope they will arrange. So you see, the potential is endless, however the service is free 24x7
