-need hulu subscription for which need usa based virtual credit/gift card NOT requiring any american KYC verification like social security number or USA bsed mobile number for OTP

without US bank account and that too virtual is almost impossible:) as far as i researched , so sadly its hard

No international txn can be done legally from India by an Indian citizen without kyc as per govt & rbi rules. Btw, paypal only ask for pan number & a nominal few rupees charge txn on linked card which is reversed after verification.

He is asking for "straight way". Those "US VCC" can't be bought legally by an Indian if strictly following all the rules.
