Virtual Master/Visa card without KYC

Wanted to know if there is an option to generate a virtual Master/Visa card without doing proper KYC?
I need this card for signup which requires Rs 2 transaction so I need actual card details. If anyone is aware of any way to do that please share in the thread. Thanks in advance 🙏🏻

Airtel gave mc vc in thanks app wallet, dunno if it works now...

simple answer is "none"
KYC is mandatory
for debit cards
and "usually prepaid cards" with VISA and MASTER and even RUPAY, wont work for this Rs.2 verification transactions
