he might be not the best captain. but supporting Indian team only in victory is not good either.
Winning & loosing is part of game my friend.
Luck is not favouring kohli
performance…last 2 years not good
He might be planning for retirement soon.

Development & encouragement of fast bowlers is a major highlight of Kohli era. This has led to a good pool of fast bowling talent. I hope this trend will continue.
Though I dont like Kohli, this is the worst possible news for Indian Cricket. He was an okay captain in ODIs & T20s but in Test Cricket, IMHO he was the BEST ever capitan, Period.
Only two Test captains- Waugh & Ponting have better success rate but considering the team that Kohli inherited from Dhoni, which had very poor record overseas, he rebuilt the team into one of the greatest fast bowling units ever (BEST EVER for India, at least). Kohli changed the attitude of our pace bowlers and the record is there, for all to see.
If only, Rahane/Pujara, had been dropped (hoping they will be dropped now) earlier, we could have come away with this SA series victorious and even England series, with better margin.
Forget about politics and whose fan u have been,
As an Indian i am very sad today because in coming 2-3 years Kohli could have become No.1 Test Captain of the world as per records. And that could have been one of the biggest achievements of Indian Cricket.
So, this is not a Happy news for an Indian.
P.S. – i am not a fan of Kohli as well as Rohit Sharma.
how do you define “No.1 Test Captain”
by percentage of match wins or total number of test wins?
no current Captain can beat No1 test Captain “Waugh”. His win % is 70+ in test.
Why? He could have easily crossed 53 wins of Grame Smith.
Smith has more wins..but most successful test captain is Waugh. If you can’t understand simple stats around win %(which matters the most).
Kohli would never better Waugh record.
