Purchasing from vijay sales offline is more beneficial, as you can bargain offline and get some benefit. And chances of fraud are also low.

They will cancel and deduct money for multiple booking at same address 

Give full and exact details of incident then only anyone can tell obviously

They are deducting if bulk order found at same address and 99% bulk order gets cancelled.

I believe they don't have facilities like amazon or Flipkart. Very few person handling and it's easy for them to detect

Same, mine 2 mobiles neither shipped, nor getting cancellation option.

Even I tried to purchase 10 Redmi phones for reselling but they deducted 1.8% of my amount because I was placing bulk orders. They have mentioned this in their Terms and Conditions. I tried with different names, tried tweaking addresses but they always detect dealer orders and cancel them. For customers they don’t deduct any amount.
