view contacts saved in sim

the google contacts app lets you do so, google for videos, choose source and dig into settings....

Mostly you will find sim contacts in manage contacts setting in Contacts app. In Samsung phone, open Contacts app, click menu option (three horizontal lines), click on All Contacts - it will show option to choose sim contacts. Don't open contacts from dialer or Phone app, open Contact app. I think all android have Phone & Contact both apps, but Contact app has more options.
