Hello friends , Want to port my prepaid Vi sim to jio but getting error about contractual obligations. Even vi store guy seems to be clueless about this. He tried rekyc method but didn't work then raised an complaint (am sure by looking at his face - no) asked me to wait for week for followup. What to do ?

Did you reissue your existing vi sim recently?
From how long do you have the vi number

Also heard there are some new rules being implemented for porting.. May be one of them

Thanks bro , no sim was never replaced/reissued ever since it's ported to vi back in 2021. Heard it's due to 9 sim issue but this is the only vi no. in my name with no dues like data/talktime loan
