I ordered a phone Samsung On Nxt from flipkart, after receiving in two days found battery issue, which is obvious from Flipkart. So, now gone ahead with the process replacement, this is actually not the first time. Earlier I ordered Moto x even that had the same problem and again had to run behind it, then later exchanged and got exchanged also.

However, this time is epic, when I have asked for replacement it comes as COD, and excutive refuses to deliver. This case is going on since 1 week and today its 16th April and once again the excutive gets the order as COD.

I always have to arrange a call back and speak to different Tele Ex all the time.
