I booked the bus using this company's app, they have taken advance payment , provided me with e - ticket, PNR no and all. On the day of traveling, I got the bus no. And driver no of Hans Travels, but at the bus stop, the bus staff denied for the booking telling that we don't have any information regarding your booking and our bus is fully occupied. When I talked about this to the goibibo agent, he was not able to help me out. Because of there unprofessionalism I suffered at bus stop at mid night I suggest not to use goibibo, they can make you suffer even after taking advance payment.
