Very Poor Sevice

Very Poor Service of Delivery, I have booked a product on 17 jun 2018 , but till now this is not delivered, Every day in the morning i received a massage today your product will be deliver. When you try to followup shipping company then every time wrong information share by customer care executive.
Customer Care Executive given three number 9891366437,9717449281,9716752615 first is not reachable, Second never pickup call. Third pickup the call and given the of Delivery boy (9599202767) but delivery bot not pickup my call .I wasted our 1 Hour valuable time with shipping company. But till not i have not any solution
