Very poor service unfortunately

Really poor service. It’s actually a waste to even step in the store. I had to explain 3 times what I service wanted to 3 different attendants. No guidance and very slow. Some are even very unprofessional and unpolite. I advise people to think twice before you go to them, as it is useless advising them, truly.

Especially the lenskart at Hudson Lane, GTB Nagar.
You don’t need so many salesperson in one small shop and even all those cannot attend property. Wow, what a waste. Really sorry?
I didn’t even find their window dressing any appealing.
Better lemskart do something about it.
