Very poor service and disappointing response from Myntra

When someone orders something and deliver by Myntra then what about the further step which is not working from myntra.why customer will use this kind of poor service provider Myntra app that is cannot pick up even wrong product delivered.. really very disappointing experience I will suggest nobody to use this pathetic Myntra app and who are using it i will tell in my whole group to stop using it
