Very poor installation for Philips produce purchased from Chroma Sarat Bose Road

Even after 20 days from procurement the product has not been installed. Contacting customer service does not seem to work. 
be careful before purchasing any product. Sales and service should be equally strong

Bro i have a retail store for appliances seen many customers regretting going online or croma for after sales service.

I purchased a chimney and microwave from croma..strangely I didn't faced any issue for installation of both products .Technicians from both companies came ,Croma wasn't involved in it.I think product company(Philips) is responsible for installation of product..Croma is just a seller ..it can only contact Philips on behalf of customer..nothing else
