Very Poor Experience from Flipkart for Past 2-3 Months

After August 2024, I've observed that Flipkart's logistics and their approach to solving issues has gone from bad to worst.
Initially, placed an order for a mixer grinder along with other things in that order and the mixer grinder just never got delivered after continuous follow up. Ultimately they said that it's untraceable. It took them more than 2 weeks to arrive to this conclusion and ultimately cancelled my order. Even other smaller items in that order were delivered late by a day.
I placed order for the same product during Big Diwali SALE and guess what, it's the same loop I am in. Even other items in the order are yet to arrive or have arrived late. Another item, mattress is also running late by 2 days.
Basically, things really don't look good and I don't know how much profit Flipkart makes by parking our money for a long time and eventually refunding it after 2-3 weeks. I've never faced this type of drama from Flipkart and upon checking X (formerly Twitter), I found that several people are facing these kind of issues.
From this point on, I'll try to stay away from Flipkart at least for bigger (monetarily expensive as well as heavy appliances) and time bound items which are important to be delivered by a certain date and time.
Dimers, please share your experience if you've any regarding this.

I also faced issue during big sales
They are only attempting delivery one time
In evening they are cancelling order
Saying customer rejected it
There are two issues here.
1. During BBD the load was high and they could not handle.
2. OPs specific problem , could be with local delivery station. Guess what . I heard that during the sale time the delivery executives keep shuffling between many logistic companies. Remember, they are now 3rd party and not employees of any e-commerce. So who ever pays higher per packet they just go there.
Due to this problem smaller companies like ecomm express etc are falling short of ppl especially in 1 & 2 tier cities and they are giving preference to courier pickup ( due to upfront payment) and give least preference to deliveries ( as its already paid, customers cannot do anything even if the delivery is delayed).
Another issue for shortage of man power is quick commerce, where they are stationed at a place and deliveries happen with in 3-5km radius. No load, no big baggage etc. Have to see how the big platforms handle this.
PS:
One day prime now became no delivery on-time. They started and our indian enterprises burrying it with their "Jugad"
also, city in talk is Pune and for a few items, Patna ... both are prominent cities with even warehouse setup in the outskirts of Patna now
nevertheless, this SALE was very poor for Flipkart as many have complained on X (formerly Twitter) about this
Bro I ordered a washing machine on 6th October the maximum timeline for delivery was 22nd Oct, they didn't deliver it even that long duration and extended the date to 29th. Today is 29th, paid via cc, already paid cc bill. U can feel the frustration!
Those who are using credit card are still okay with it but those who've used debit card / UPI are at bigger loss.
I am seeing a new trend where people taking revenge from FK by ordering product on COD and not accepting at when they deliver.
This incurr loss to FK as they have to spend operational costs,( warehouse /transport/delivery).
Tell me if there's anything more we can do for revenge. Very much frustrated right now.

UPDATE :
For the second time, they cancelled my order for mixer grinder. I was assured delivery of the product today EOD and they ultimately cancelled it. I simply went to Amazon, placed an order for the same product, will be delivered today.
I'm literally done with Flipkart now. I'll try to stay away from them as much as possible.
Have placed many orders recently & haven't faced such issues. Orders were shipped via ekart or third party logistics?
