Very pathetic service by Chroma

Very Pathetic service by chroma. I bought a washing machine of Whirlpool from their store located at season's mall Magarpatta pune. An extended warranty was also taken for 5 years. They committed that the installation will be done by their end and I need not to contact with the Whirlpool customer care. As per their guidance I waited for installation 2 days, but no one visited for installation. Then I contact them everytime they committed that it will be done on the very same day but nothing was done from their end. I contact them each and every day but they were not ready to provide me request id and each time they lied to me. Now it's been more than 8 days and product is still kept as such. Since last few days I tried connecting with Whirlpool customer care but horrifyingly their response is same as chroma. I wrote to consumer forum one day before and informed chroma as well about this complaint but still no output came. Now I am thinking to dump out this 25000/- product. One more thing I would also suggest to the reader's that always compare the price with other shops like Vijaya reliance etc. before buying anything as they always sells on higher price and there services are pathetic.
