Very Dispointed with staff. Staff made tobacco on floor

I am very disappointed with yours staff. Last Sunday I came yours AJC Bose brand factory stores with my child. And there is one staff who stand in front of Umbro section. He made ta tobacco on the floor and some claps. That time I am passing that area and I saw him. He wear a white t-shirt and jeans. And there is a one staff I ask him what’s name his who made a tobacco,he said ALOKE. This is your calture ? Staff are made tobacco on floor. i am very disappointed. kind of chip minded staff.
