very bad service from Flipkart Grocery

I had placed an order(order id – OD211683520382528000) on 2nd March 2018 for grocery. till 9th March I kept on getting message for rescheduling of the the product delivery. Now on 9th March within the delivery time frame the seller had trying calling me but my number was not reachable for that 5 mins(Delivery slot was from 7.30 – 10 pm, seller tried calling me at 8.30 pm and I got cancellation message soon after that) so he sent a report to Flipkart saying customer not reachable and flipkart canceled the order instantly.I want to know is it a way you serve your customer? if it can be rescheduled multiple times from your end, is it not your duty to make a 2nd attempt to reach customer?(Though their seller is ready to deliver it on 10th March, Flipkart didnt take any attempt to cross verify with seller to confirm) A very bad service provided by you #Flipkart … not expected…not going to place any further order and I will make sure no oder is placed by friends and family with this feedback until I get the same order delivered
