Very bad customer service

I brought an iron from Tata Cliq. The item was used as there was water in the water container of the new iron and was also missing the water cup provided in the orginal package.
They have a very shoddy and complicated return policy. Despite repeated calls and mails, they refused to exchange or take back the item.
On posting a one star review with the above details, and with a single star, they refused to publish the review.
A poor product, a shoddy and complicated return policy and we cannot put up an honest review which criticises the company. Need i say anything more about such a BAD COMPANY.
