v bad experience

I had a v bad experience with yappa. They are not at all cooperative with the customers.. N do not care about customer satisfaction.. Nor do they accept their mistake.. I had ordered few baby milk bottles.. They dint allow to open the parcel to check. And when we checked all the bottles were scratched.. As if very old.. When we complained they say its not their mistake.. They will not get it picked if we want to return we have to courier it.. Their service is not at all satisfactory.. I will not prefer this site again..
