Utterly Disapponted

This is to bring to your notice that in my last few purchases I have faced a lot of issues with product order and return with Myntra.

It seems Myntra has made the process so complicated that it is leading to so much dissatisfaction and irritation in placing orders with Myntra.

Some issues that I have faced in my last few purchases include:
- Returns due to incorrect size chart 
- Rude behavior of delivery boys

- Wrong product delivered 
- Return process is so complicated. You need to take approval first then only you can return 
- Address cannot be changed after placing an order. That is so frustrating. If by mistake another address got selected, why can't we request a change of address.

- Cannot even cancel order online until delivery reaches your door step

I would rather buy from other portals who provide more hassle free customer experience with zero complications and good customer service/response.

As a long term customer of Myntra, I am fairly disappointed in the new policies of Myntra that are so frustrating and spoiling our shopping experience.

I won't buy from Myntra again and will educate others also about all these complications.
