utility transaction on tata neu credit cards

I have received some spend based voucher offer on my tata neu card but since i don’t have any genuine spend so wanted to know if i use this card on snapay than will it give neu coins on utility transaction, if yes any capping and any additional fees other than snapay? Also utility transactions will count towards spend voucher offer? Additionally since spend condition is 85k will making 50k spend via snapay and rest via upi with will work??
