I had ordered an inverter battery trolley( diamond ppc compound single battery trolley) and to my surprise was delivered torn, broken, worn used by elsewhere and sent to me …I applied for return through emails documented and with great difficulty moglix sends the pickup person assuring me replacement which will be chkd and verified
Today i received the replacement as new packing & to my surprise the same old box which was earlier sent to me used, torn, worn was sent back & moreover the delivery person runs away even before i open the box… In this way i spend my time with useless moglix who only write emails saying that they have escalated my issue to the top officials…Horrible useless people playing around with customer sentiments & that too twice…NEVER USE MOGLIX CHOR COMPANY
