Update 1: 9-Oct : Fridge received was damaged, hence returned. But on 8-Oct I had pre-paid entire outstanding (including principal+ interest components). EMI has been generated also. Now just waiting for next steps.
- Sort By
1. It will cost around Rs.900 for foreclosure.
2. Pre-pay is irrelevant to the EMI now.
3.1736*118% = Rs.2048. This amount will be charged over next 9 months in total.
Just prepay the amount, They will automatically refund charges.
Explain in detail, your screenshot explains nothing, what was transaction date, what was emi conversion date and when the prepayment was made
3% fcr fee on left out principal+gst + accrued interest+gst till date when you are foreclosing the emi
nhi hogi cancel once emi generated...only product cancellation and full refund can lead to emi cancellation now
A 3% foreclosure fee will be applied to the outstanding amount.
You Can call customer call and simply ask for EMI Closure.
CALL TO 1860 180 1290 custoemr care and ask for closure charges.
and rembmer - dont do EMI with SBI . ITs totally worst experiance.
At zero cost charges I am always cancel axis, ICICI , HDFC EMI and but now SBI is taking chanrges of 3% + 18% GST>
I am also facing same problem with SBI credit cared .
Even if you cancel product or return product then also you have to pay GST + charges 3%.
Thats the worst case which i got confiramtion from cusotmer care
Anybody who could help me with No cost EMI foreclosure of SBI Credit Card? Their customer care is creating confusion alot
