URGENT, PLEASE HELP: HDFC Credit Card bill payment via Paytm

On 28 July, I used my HDFC debit card to pay my HDFC credit card bill via Paytm (screenshot attached).
Till now I have not received confirmation from HDFC bank.
Till now the payment has not reflected in my account.
I complained to both HDFC and Paytm. HDFC support team said that they have not received the payment. And, the Paytm entry level support team is clueless.
What should I do in this situation? Please share your inputs.

Okay, 2 working days are over. This is the 3rd working day. Okay, I'll wait. Will there be any benefit in escalating the complaint to either HDFC or Paytm?

i have similar experience and amount gets refunded to source account.
this was the last time i paid out of the billers website (SBI, Onecard etc)
OK. Here, I have not received payment unsuccessful message as well. So, I really don't know what the actual status of the payment is.
Last Month I Also Face This Problem , Contacted Paytm Via Twitter Support Mentioning Order Id And Screenshot... With In 1 Hour Got Msg From Hdfc... Paytm App Giving Bot Replies. So I Contacted Twitter
I complained to Paytm (twitter support team) on Monday and I've been reminding them every day since but they have not given me any updates
Can somebody please share the Paytm escalation matrix? Paytm is refusing to raise service request.
Wait 4 working days, it will start reflecting. If due date has passed then pay again via other modes and ask for credit refund later.
