Moto g45 5g, if you are ok with 4gb ram
Yes. Buying 4g is waste of money and Electronic waste.
Buying 4gb 5g cheap even for 9k or 9.5 k is better option.
If the sim is of jio, then is it possible to buy some cheap phone by
jio if the usage is going to be calls + otp? if number is recharged once
is 3 months to keep it active then if it is put in jio phone then will
it cause any issues?

You can get 5G POCO M6 or Lava at around 8-9K in deals. Why spend the same amount on a 4G phone?
Or get a Jiophone if screen size is not a dealbreaker.
hmmm get some phone from techno , its cheap but not sure its reliable but yet, you can get something for cheap and urgent usage
jio is selling jio bharat phones in their stores. they have only 1 model for 2200, which is chinese made but on amazon and fk these bharat phones are by lava, micromax etc. will jio sim work in both? the store model has one sim but the online one's are dual sim.
second store says that on putting sim in bharat phones number will change to jiophone so current plan and top balance will forfeited?they have no idea about this. nokia etc. are also selling these kinda phones but just want to know if you or anyone in your circle has used one or not.

You can't use JioPhone/JioBharat phone plans on the normal phone. But, the old recharge which will be higher than these phone's plans will work on the JioPhone. (Note: JioPhone and JioPhone Bharat have different plans.)
I have no idea whether or not the JioPhone Bharat plan works with Lava/Micromax. But, as per their advertisement, it must be working.
(Jio allows a few grace days when keeping the SIM out of JioPhone.)
And, for the cheap 4G/5G phone below 10K, Samsung and Motorola are good to go (4GB RAM version). Considering usage is only call and OTP.
