The cases are from around December 2024 and Intermilles/Smartbuy/GFYTR/Qwikcilver platform but for your safety add any vouchers purchased from any source to your account immediately going forward.

I redeemed tap to pay vouchers last week 100 and 200 no issue. After reading this I redeemed one Amazon voucher just now of Rs 826 no issue faced.

My PVR voucher (partially used) was used for remaining amount by someone in December. The 250 amazon voucher idfc sent as part of spend offer also showed redeemed already

Yes this may happen, so keep it a habit to redeem always:) to avoid these discrepancies,
i mean dont buy and stock:) if you want gift vouchers then you buy and add it immediately:) that way you wont have to be victim of this
AND YOU DONT HAVE TO SPEND, JUST KEEP IT ADDED IN ACCOUNT saves being victim of things
always add any vouchers you buy:) dont keep it non redeemed:)
