URGENT: Flipkart - How to return speaker which is not working?

I ordered a speaker on Flipkart and it seemed OKish while unpacking (open-box delivery). But when I switched on the speaker, I realized that sound is distorted, due to internal breakages most probably. One side sound is low.
Also, I did not like the speaker sound quality at all and I want to return it. When I select reason as 'sound quality low', i get error 'please contact service center'.
Can anyone help me - How do I return the item?

Once you have shared the OTP for Open Box delivery, FK is out of the picture and max they can do is keep sharing the invoice as now it will be between you and manufacturer (service center), worst part is service center folks may not give a brand new product and might give only a serviced product or replace the parts

Ya, people told me so. Also, I cannot return simply because I didnt like the item. I was able to return clothes for this reason on Amazon.

Agree customers also took advantage earlier.. They had to put a stop to it. Otp covers you for correct product delivery, new/used and non defective item(broken, dent etc). Any further issues in performance, quality and malfunction to be taken up with respective company service center
