Tried to pay to a mobikwik merchant from mobikwik app, 100rs money was in my mbk wallet and rest I tried to pay via debit card. The txn showed " payment failed " at final page. But money deducted from debit card linked bank. Then I found the wallet amount was not deducted or may be refunded ( don't know ). So then i added rest of the money in wallet first n then paid full amount via wallet and it got successful. It was a petrol pump and I was in hurry so couldn't check from their merchant payment history. I thought it should be refunded, but till now it is not. What should I do? Please suggest.
** The worst thing in mobikwik is they're only showing the successful transaction in history section. Nothing about the failed one even their customer care can see that much only! Both bank and mobikwik saying me to lodge complaint!

No email received for failed txn. Only received mail regarding the successful one.

If the wallet balance did not deduct in first attempt..
Then it is highly likely that the amount deducted from your card will be refunded.
Happened with me many times before.
Btw I stopped using mobikwik because of these issues with txn history.

Yes. I paid from the same wallet balance later to the merchant. But mobikwik has no clue about the failed txns. They are giving me info about the successful ones which I also can see!

Bro mobikwik is saying there's no such transaction happened! Even not showing failed or pending in history section! But in my bank statement it is clearly visible that money is debited to Mobikwik System Gurgaon... Don't know what will happen 🥲 @abhijith143

wait for 7 days... max. 10days... if u dont got refund.. then take bank statement and file complaint in consumer court... u will get full amount + interest, compensation, court fee..etc
