UPGRADE IDFC Savings account to IDFC WEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT

I have 10.5 L FD in IDFC acccount and requested RM to upgrade my account to WEALTH account but they are saying IDFC WEALTH can be given only if U have TRV 50 lakhs or 10L MAB for atleast 6 months
but on documents it is no where mention the eligibility
DOES anyone know the process or how to convence them for the same??

They need 10L MAB in a savings bank account and not in FD. Try to hold this balance in your savings account for a week and request your RM to make a request to upgrade the savings account to a wealth savings account. After a timeline of 7-10 days, your account will be upgraded to Wealth.

UPDATE: My RM was changed last month so I mailed HIM for Upgarde he just upgraded my account in 2 mins without asking anything.
benefit of having IDFC wealth account is 50000 RPs which comes when u use debit card (and u know it where to use😉).
