edit – after reading other news , came to conclusion that cases under IPC 107 and IPC 109 will be dismissed , not any other case ..

bas ek example deta hu – kabhi mohalle me 2 logo ki ladai ho jati to case kar dete , but tarikh na milne ke chakkar me wo aapas me settle kar lete .. bcoz issue utna bada nhi hota jiske piche court ke chakkar lagane pade .. same situation in cases me h ,, ye case isliye register hote taki protestors ko kabu me le sake .. thats all .. court bhi inme mamuli saza dega wo bhi salo case ladne ke baad …
ab apni buddhi se socho ki court jana sahi h for such cases .!!

and mere dear aapyio kabhi kisi issue pe aap fas jao and reply na sujhe to iska matlab ye nhi personal attack karo ..
