According to a draft of the proposed population control bill, anyone violating two-child policy in Uttar Pradesh will be debarred from contesting local bodies elections, from applying for or getting promotion in government jobs, and receiving any kind of government subsidy.
The Uttar Pradesh State Law Commission (UPSLC) states that the provisions are part of the draft titled The Uttar Pradesh Population (Control, Stabilization and Welfare) Bill, 2021.
The UPSLC website says, "The State Law Commission, UP is working on control, stabilisation and welfare of the population of the state and has prepared a draft bill."
Suggestions have been invited from the public to improve the draft bill and July 19 is the last date for it, reported news agency Press Trust of India.
Listing incentives for public servants who adopt the two-child norm, the draft bill says, "Public servants who adopt the two-child norm will get two additional increments during the entire service, maternity or as the case may be, paternity leave of 12 months, with full salary and allowances and three per cent increase in the employer's contribution fund under national pension scheme."

They won’t start it from the vidhan sabha or the state legislators directly where they are sitting. Instead they are doing simply opposite by making maximum 2 child policy for fighting local body elections. No one truly wants to change anything it’s just a gimmick.
If they really wanted to change anything they could have applied the law to themselves first and then pass on to other bodies.

They won’t implement for themselves because they all know the number of siblings Modi ji, Yogi ji, Tejaswi ji, etc have. Only want to implement for local body elections, with which these biggies have nothing much to do.
149 MPs have 3 or more children. Out of them BJP has 96 (as they form the majority, so it should be more or less proportionate to their number).
They will fight elections, become MP MLA Ministers CM PM, some would even lie about their married status, they make rules for the common folks. They themselves will do all this with multiple kids and innumerable siblings, but they have the audacity to implement a law to prevent the common folks from even getting jobs and livelihoods for the very same thing.
Here also, they will show VIP culture and piss on the face of 130 crore docile sheep. Its time people raise their voice against this inequality of VIP culture.
what about contesting elections? why not ban ban them from becoming MLA? but that they would never do.
Till 1year from the implementation of law everyone will be exempted from it. Those who already have more than 2 children also won’t come under this.
Such a stupid rule by idiots if you already have more than 10 children and you are sarkaari servant then ok but if you have 3 children and yet to apply govt job you are not eligible

Well this should be implemented all over India. But atleast 2 year should be given for this. And this rule should be applicable to new people who are not married or having one or 2 child. If after 2 year anyone have a 3rd child they should be stripped from all government schemes including jobs.
बेचारा गरीब जिसको अपने बच्चे को पढ़ाने के लिए पैसे नहीं सरकारी नौकरी की क्या सोचेगा वह अधिक से अधिक बच्चे पैदा करेगा ताकि सब मिलकर भी मजदूरी करेंगे तो कुछ पैसा आएगा बाकी जो अधिक पढ़े लिखे लोग हैं तो वैसे भी कम बच्चे पैदा करते है,
यह भी आम पब्लिक को लूटने का जबरदस्त धंधा है जिस प्रकार की सब्सिडी सरकार देती है सबको पता है लोगों का उज्जवला सिलेंडर से ₹400 लूट कर 10₹ पकड़ा देती है यही सब्सिडी की हकीकत है गांव में तो लोग वैसे भी अब लकड़िया ही जलाने लगे गैस सिलेंडर सब्सिडी गई तेल लेने, कृषि कानून पास होने के बाद राशन भी बंद हो जाएगा

I am personally on 1 child policy.. baad me apas me ladenge batware ko lekar..do ya jyada hue 
After fcking third time without nirodh if third baby born then person knows he will not get government job and then he will enjoy full freedom by producing 27 more kids to make total count 30 as a revenge with (main teen nahi tees karunga) attitude and some greedy cowards may kill third child or leave it on roadside to get govt job
Hence third child will be termed as manhoos

मेरी सोच इडियट्स से मैच नहीं खाती होगी क्योंकि ये दो तरह के कानून लोगों के लिए बनाने जा रहे हैं
अगर तुम्हारे 10 बच्चे हैं और सरकारी नौकरी है तो आप पर कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा
लेकिन अगर कोई गरीब है तो उसको राशन सिर्फ 4 यूनिट यानी दो संतान का ही मिलेगा चाहे उसके सारे बच्चे इस कानून के बनने से पहले ही क्यों न पैदा हुए हों तो फिर इस रूल के हिसाब से सरकारी नौकरी वाले को भी नौकरी से निकाल देना चाहिए
और ऐसे सभी मंत्री संत्री जो अपने बाप की तीसरी या चौथी औलाद हैं उनको तुरंत इस्तीफा देकर उन लोगों को मौका देना चाहिए जो अपने माता पिता की पहली या दूसरी संतान है
मैं पूरी तरह से सहमत हूं इलेक्शन लड़ने पर पाबंदी लगा देनी चाहिए लेकिन सिर्फ पंचायत के चुनाव के लिए नहीं बल्कि जिन के 2 से अधिक बच्चे हो उनको एमपी एमएलए के चुनाव लड़ने पर भी पाबंदी लगा देनी चाहिए और जो लोग जीत करके आए हैं जिनके 2 से ज्यादा बच्चे हैं उन्हें तुरंत तत्काल प्रभाव से इस्तीफा देकर राजनीति से संयास ले लेना चाहिए
