Unprofessional

Wanted to buy a pair of jeans from the site, but discovered that their return policy is very unfriendly. On phone they told me they just dont accept returns and that too after much discussion between themselves and putting me on hold. Overall, the interaction was quite un professional. On FB, I was told I could get a store credit. Contradictory policies.

For stuff like apparel, footwear esp., return policy is a very important factor.

Whats more, I invited a friend who made a purchase and they did not give me the credits. Its been almost a month since it was delivered (they give credits only after delivery).

In short, they have seen to it that I don’t buy from them or recommend to others.
